Parking nearby but the property has no vehicle access, only steep narrow path. This is the owner’s painting studio - easel available. Eagle owls nest above - no late parties/loud music. Cotignac est un village provençal réputé, à 1 heure d'Aix et de Marseille, des plages de la côte varoise ou de la côte bleue, et à 30 min. des gorges du Verdon et de ses lacs. English spoken.
