The Marcs d'Or district is located in Dijon on one of these heights and is a few minutes from the train station, the city center, the Route des Grands Crus and the International City of Gastronomy and Wine. You will have private parking for two vehicles in front of the house as well as three bus lines within a radius of less than a kilometer. Languages: English and Italian

Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Ideal for a romantic stay, it can also be the starting point for sports holidays (hiking, mountain biking).

Note: the 5th bedroom is located in the attic. The insulation is good, but in case of very high heat, the temperature can reach a high level and alter comfort. We strive to provide you with 5-star service and are attentive to all your comments.
