Brand new cabin on 2 acres. Lot 4

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin, secluded but close to grocery store and Stateline boat ramp. We have 4 cabins that were built this year (completed September 2023). These cabins on 10 acres were spaced far enough apart for privacy (each on approximately 2 acres). Brand new 5 bay boat storage on sight with lights, that is shared by all 4 cabins. No WIFI available but our 5G phones connect just fine. No smoking inside or littering outside. Grill on porch. small fire pit.

Quiet, Private, Peaceful....Our cabin sits on a small hill and is in a great neighborhood of friendly families. It is located just minutes from Grand Harbor Marina, State Park Marina and Aqua Marina. Plenty of nature to come and enjoy!! We have a fireplace for cozy nights, free wifi, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Keurig for coffee lovers. Wrap around porch for sitting and relaxing after a long day on the water. Private Hot tub for relaxing(Must Sign Waiver). Close to area restaurants and stores.

The spacious living area features a high ceiling and is furnished with a combination of leather sofas and large armchairs. A coffee table and a side table complement the seating arrangement. A modern art piece hangs above a fireplace, with a television mounted on the wall.

Furnished with both luxury and comfort in mind, you'll be sure to want to stay awhile. The location is ideal - right in the middle of all things Pickwick. Just a short drive to the lake, local restaurants and Pickwick Landing State Park. Our place is also very boat friendly! The driveway is drive-through so no backing up trailers and plenty of parking.
