The apartment is on the first floor of a chalet composed of 5 apartments and a studio. It comprises, in successive order: -a ski entrance-deposit, -a storage room, -a toilet, -a bathroom with shower and sink (hot water by electric cumulus), -a bedroom with a bed of two people and cupboards, -a cabin with two beds of one person, superposed, and a cupboard, -a living room with a bed of one person, a large table, three armchairs, a fireplace, two cupboards... , -a separate kitchen from the living room with refrigerator, electric oven, electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher and cupboards. There is a balcony overlooking the street (east side). The phone allows you to call in Savoie only. The surface area is 40 m². The floor is tiled. Everything is provided (duvet for the king size bed, blankets for small beds, square pillows), except for personal linens. To be provided (or rented through the caretaker): a duvet cover 220x240 and a bed sheet (140), sheets for each small bed, square pillowcases, towels. Difficult parking in front of the chalet (only a few places) and in the underground car park of Bellecôte (200 m away, prices can be consulted on "Courchevel Parc Auto").

Our apartment is located in a beautiful residence in Courchevel 1650 (popular Belvedere district) 50 m walk from the slopes. We are in a beautiful and quiet environment (hiking departures at the bottom of the building) and access to the center of Courchevel is very easy thanks to a free shuttle that is taken at the foot of the building and drops off at Moriond Centre. Our accommodation has a very pleasant terrace with full south exposure and a large cosy fireplace.
