The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

The "house opposite" offers a "seaside" style cocooning atmosphere in the charm of the renovated old, with the comfort of modern amenities. 6 km from the sandy beach of Agon Coutainville (10 minutes by car/20 minutes by bike) and surrounded by many tourist sites to visit: Castles, Abbeys, landing beaches, Mont Saint Michel, etc., the perfect place for a vacation as a couple or with family. This house has an enclosed garden with a large south-facing terrace.

Ideal for families, the cottage can accommodate 4 people.   On the ground floor: fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, wood-burning stove. Upstairs: TV, bathroom (shower, sink, towel dryer, toilet).  Electric heating included Sleeping arrangements: one bedroom (one 140 X 190 bed and 1 pull-out bed for 2 people. Linens and towels not provided The end-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by you.

We have a beautiful enclosed garden, safe for your children and for you to relax in.

In order to spend a holiday in the countryside, Manche center, halfway (13 km) to Saint-Lô and Coutances, in a country village, I offer you this furnished house on one level. This is a fully renovated 40 m2 vacation home, 130 m from the beach, comprising a kitchen open to the living room, a shower room, a first bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a second bedroom with two 80 x 200 beds (pillows, duvet and blanket for each bed), terrace, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
