I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

We stayed here for a couple of nights with our 2 dogs. Very comfortable place and perfect for what we needed. Really good communication with host who was also extremely considerate with meeting our needs. Enclosed garden was perfect for our dogs. Gorgeous accommodation that was completely spotless! The views of the gardens were lovely. Lots of room in the kitchen for cooking and the bathroom was stunning, wish I’d made use of the bath. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very nice stay.Booked Jason's place at the eleventh hour after having bad experience with the already booked bnb.Jason was very quick in responding and accommodated our request for early check in. Property is very nice , clean and well equipped..Located at a very good place. We were really looking forward to the yummy breakfast as all the reviews described but were not aware it was not available during Christmas holidays. Overall Jason saved our holiday otherwise we were planning to return home after bad experience. Will book again if visiting Leamington spa again.

Great working stay with our little dog in tow. Private, clean & comfortable space to return back to after a long day. Stylish shower, comfy bed & cosy TV area to relax.

Lovely flat, just right for us for a weekend. Fabulous location, just behind Shakespeare's birthplace, so out of the busy area but only a couple of minutes walk from everything. Flat was great - clean, tidy, all amenities for 4 adults. Very much recommended.

Kams place is one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed at. It looks incredible in the pictures and it's even better in person. There's a reason it was ranked as a top 5 airbnb in england. He is also a very thoughtful guy, from writing us a personal message when we arrived to the fact that he allowed us to mail some football tickets to his home and gave us his mail key to check if they came in. If you're coming to Leicester and you don't book Kams home, you're missing out. Thanks again for an absolutely perfect stay.

Me and my husband stayed at Stuart and Bethan’s place for a month, I was working at Queen Elizabeth Hospital which is a 10 mins walk from the flat. The check-in was easy and Stuart was very friendly and provided all the information before we arrived. The flat was the highlight of our trip, the place was exactly as described,clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beautiful surroundings, and the walkable distance from shops and the hospital. Stuart and Bethan were extremely responsive and you would feel at home due to their attention for the small details. The bed was very comfy, the sofa bed was a plus and not having stairs made everything easy because we had large bags. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Birmingham, and I would definitely stay again! 🤩

This accommodation is the BEST ONE OUT THERE IN THIS TOWN!! You get the comfort of being in the middle of the town, and the privacy of your own space and quiet. Best thing about our trip is the slowness, tranquil, energy of the stay alongside this town. This airbnb matched it all! Within seconds walk you are in a pub, in a cafe, at the bookstore, and groceries minutes walk away. The bedroom was complete comfort. Carpeted floor, good quality bed, drawers. And the living room/kitchen was excellently designed and put together. Everything was there for us to cook in the house. The outside area was beautiful, while we watched stars and moon pass by. The toilet/bath was very well done considering it’s size, great job on this. Loving the tile work choice and bathtub. Overall, lots of bars to go to and best feeling to keep coming back home for a pit stop and be back in the action of the town within minutes walk. Thank you to the hosts, lovely people.

Genuinely super hosts. Beautiful home and extremely friendly hosts. I recommend khusi grill only a short walk away and the Ricoh is a short drive. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Happy to recommend this lovely apartment with a lovely garden that goes to the edge of the Canal. Heating excellent and very well appointed kitchen. excellent parking. No negatives to report at all .

What a wonderful place! It was so quiet and absolutely perfect for us, our 5 month old and Luna the malamute 🐾. Great location with places to get supplies etc so close and a wonderful canal just down the hill which was perfect for walking the dog! The place was a perfect size and the enclosed garden area made it much more secure for having a dog away with us! Already booked it for our trip to Crufts next year!

Great and well presented flat near the centre of Birmingham within walking distance of many places of interest. Instructions for checking in and responses from the host were clear and quick. 2nd time we have used Andra's place for staying in Birmingham.

Great little place to stay if visiting Stratford, Warwick or surrounding areas. Short drive to local attractions. Pristine, sparkling accommodation, everything thought of. Great pub serving food in walking distance, absolutely ideal. Cate couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Definitely recommend.

We just come back from a Christmas getaway and it was amazing. The area itself was stunning with loads to do, the house was lovely, very private and quiet which was what we wanted. A perfect place to book for a couple.
