Beautiful barn, with every comfort. Fabulous welcome hamper. John & Jane very welcoming, always friendly and on hand if required. We loved the hot tub and the beautiful courtyard garden. The barn is exactly as shown in listing so felt immediately familiar. Great location, with nice walks and within easy reach of Helston, the Lizard peninsula, Falmouth etc. We didn’t want to leave, and sincerely hope to return. Thank you for a great week.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Cannot recommend enough; we wished we booked for longer. St Ives, Marazion and Porthleven all within 30 minutes drive so great location. Amazing secure garden for the dog too!

Bailey’s Little House is a cleverly crafted barn conversion which maximises the space available to live and relax. The care and attention to the details show how much thought and skill have gone into creating this home while keeping the feeling of its agri/industrial past. It is very welcoming and self contained with all modern facilities. A great place to return to of an evening after exploring the wonderful coast nearby. We will hopefully return.

My second stay at this Airbnb and hopefully not my last. The hosts are wonderful as is the space. It packs a full kitchen, comfy living area, great bed and powerful shower into a perfectly thought-out setup. The location adjacent to the Cobber Valley seals the deal: in 30 seconds from the front door you're in a beautiful woodland full of birdsong.
