The south-facing private balcony offers unblocked and breathtaking views of the Alps and the valley as well as the outdoor swimming pool and the tennis court. The studio has been recently refurbished with high-end materials and amenities.

The modern furnished studio (29sqm) for a maximum of 2 people has an open living/bedroom, a modern kitchen with fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and shower/WC and large terrace. The studio can be reached via a separate thresholdless entrance. The wellness area of the Iris residence can be used free of charge. A garage space is available to our guests free of charge.
