Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.
