The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

WOODLANDS is a modern cottage with traditional touches, it has large light-filled living spaces and comfortable bedrooms. Ideal for families as well as couples wanting a little more space or friends looking to relax and unwind. Woodland walks and cycle rides are on your doorstep and a wood burner ensures you'll be cosy on cooler nights. Well behaved dogs welcome (2 max).

Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

Romantic Getaway with Hot Tub

A romantic retreat in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. The hot tub is a must for relaxing in, which is available all year round. There is a log burner in the winter months for that cosy and romantic ambience. The village pub, which serves good food and drink, is only an 8 minute walk away. There are plenty of lovely walks in and around the village too. We have books and games and Alexa and the TV is Netflix enabled. It's time to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.

Wren cottage is located in the heart of Thetford Forest. This stylish and luxurious studio apartment has direct access to the forest and is nestled next to the beautiful Lynford Lakes with it's own man made beach. This is popular with open water swimmers and paddle boarders. Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance. A perfect relaxing retreat in the forest. Don't forget to bring your bike and get exploring!

The Bakery Annex @ Sweetbriar Cottage - a charming, calm and cosy rural haven; pleasant for a holiday break at any time of the year. Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

The Stables, Peddars Way, Merton with field views

In the heart of rural mid-Norfolk our freshly decorated 2 bedroom Stable conversion is perfectly situated for that much needed getaway. The Stables is situated in the grounds of Home Farm, Merton, directly on the Peddars Way Footpath. Just 2 miles from Watton Town Centre this is a perfect location for exploring both Norfolk and Suffolk. We are just 22 miles from Norwich, around 30 miles from the North Norfolk Coast and 22miles from Bury St Edmunds.

Cottage in quiet village suitable for working away

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.

Bespoke 4 berth Cabin

This 4 berth cabin has an open plan layout which features a kitchenette, dining table, fixed double bed, pull out sofa bed and a door leading to the bathroom with full size shower. The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials you will need for your stay, including a kettle, toaster, microwave with grill and undercounter fridge. Charcoal Barbecues & Fire Pits available upon request. Bedding is provided, please bring your own towels.

Little Acorn

A chance to sample village life in Norfolk. Little Acorn is very peaceful ( apart from the birds of course!) and offers a chance to get away from the hustle and bustle of life for a while. During the winter we have redecorated, put in a tiled new shower area and new laminate flooring to the accommodation. We are now open again to guest bookings from February 5th 2024. We look forward to welcoming both new and returning guests very soon.
