In the heart of Brindas, come and enjoy the calm of this pretty 32 m² two-room apartment. 20 minutes from Lyon and at the foot of the Lyon mountains. Close to all shops (less than 2 minutes walk), between city and countryside. The accommodation: Living room with sofa bed (2 places) TV and dressing room. Equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... Bedroom with double bed (140 x 190), memory foam mattress, dressing room and desk. Bathroom in the bedroom.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

This nice, warm, functional and well-appointed studio has been renovated in a trendy decorative spirit. A pleasant sleeping area, separated by a glass wall, overlooks the living room and kitchen. It is located in a very quiet backyard on the ground floor. Its ideal location in the center of Oullins, at the foot of amenities will seduce you. It is 150 m from Oullins train station, metro, bus lines serving Lyon and southwestern Lyon. By car, access to the A7 motorway is 5 minutes away.

Le Burlat – Studio Tassin – Lyon

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. A 10-minute walk to the center of Tassin (shops, post office...) you will be in a residential area of old houses from the beginning of the 20th century surrounded by large gardens. A little taste of peaceful countryside 15 minutes from the heart of Lyon.
