OK fellow travelers, listen up, Elizabeth has created a wonderful landing spot for all your adventures in and around New Bern. A clean, comfortable and roomie spot to renew and refresh after a days outing. The queen beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for walking. The cottage has what you need to fix your eats, but there are many good places to find a great meal. MJ's was one of our favorites. Elizabeth is a delight and so willing to resolve an issue should one arise. Very spacious for two. Four would be most comfortable. Nice back yard for kids to play around. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!!! Page was always available and quick to respond. She takes care of her home and is invested in the experience of her guests. Hands down the best place I’ve stayed in the area. Her attention to detail and comfort are not unseen. Bravo Page! We love you and the place!

Great little place on the water! Beautiful river front property. Hosts are wonderful and very helpful! We came with our boat to do some fishing and they went over and above to make sure we were accommodated. Way more than most places we have visited! 100% recommend!

Christine's place is beautiful, clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. It is easy to find with parking. We enjoyed the area as well as lovely mornings and sunsets on the deck. The bathrooms/showers are great. Big closet and dressing area. The bedroom is spacious. She has quite a selection of books and puzzles and games. We would stay here again.

Thank you for the excellent stay! Katherine was very helpful when we had a small hiccup during our stay. Her place is perfectly located for easy access to the historic downtown location, yet quiet and tranquil. A perfect getaway!

What a beautiful property! Upon arrival we were even more surprised at how nice the home was. Great views of the Nuese River and downtown New Bern. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room, outdoor slide and fishing off the dock. The interior of the home was very clean and well decorated. The home is very private and peacful, but still only 10 minutes to drive over to downtown New Bern for lots of activities. Definitely would stay at this home again the next time we are in New Bern.

Lesley was a fantastic host, while we did not meet during our stay she was very responsive and I knew would be there for any needs we may have had. The place was fantastic, we absolutely loved it and we will definitely be staying there again.

Loved the place. It was so cute and felt like home. Everything was clean the people that actually own the house. He was very nice when I needed something. He did not hesitate to text me back or call me to give me instructions what I needed. The only thing I would say is needs a little bit more pots and pans. would love to stay there again when I come back up to visit.

Julie’s place was just what we needed! The big windows facing the woods were amazing, we saw so many birds! We would come back any time
