Our guest house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Forest near Oberhof and Rennsteig (about 3 km), directly on the idyllic Lütsche reservoir, an approx. 14-hectare swimming lake. Right behind the house at the edge of the forest, you can relax wonderfully at the private barbecue area, and in summer the lake in front of the front door offers refreshing cooling with excellent water quality. Guest cards are also offered for anglers. The house is the perfect starting point for hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing tours.

Der Haseltalradweg führt direkt am Grundstück vorbei. Das Freibad ist ca. 300m entfernt. Die Ski- und Wandergebiete im Thüringer Wald (Oberhof mit internationalen Wettkampfstätten, Downhill mit Lift und Schmiedefeld) sind mit dem PKW in 20- 30 min. und auch mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

The forest and hiking trails start right outside the window, and the cross-country ski trails and sports field are right next door. A reserved parking space is part of the apartment, and there are further parking options directly in front of the building. Dog's are also welcome. Enjoy pure nature and reach Oberhof's leisure and winter sports facilities in no time.

Only 200 metres from the edge of the forest, you will find your perfect retreat at any time of the year. The 60m² living space was designed with high-quality, natural materials. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living area with a rocking chair and pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a rock bath with a rain shower.

Spanning 107 m² over two floors, this holiday home offers a living room with an open-plan kitchen, as well as a bedroom with an adjoining dressing room and a bathroom on the lower floor. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to cater for yourself completely. The comfortable bedroom is fitted with a 1.80-metre-wide double bed. If necessary, an additional sleeping space can be quickly set up on the wardrobe bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the cottage.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
