The apartment is located on the second floor, has 52 square meters. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a kitchen(fully maintained), a hallway, and a living room. It has internet access and two televisions. Smoking is allowed. The apartment is located 1 minute from the city center where you can find various restaurants, shops and everything you need.

The accommodation includes a fenced yard with a garden and free parking, as well as a sunbathing and barbecue area. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Charming Delanija - a vacation for nature lovers

This is a miniature house built from an old refrigerator built into stone walls. All furniture, carpentry and decorations are handmade. In front of the cottage there is a small lake full of life and a large olive grove. Behind the cottage grows a small pine forest. Guests have at their disposal 2000 m2 of garden. The cottage is located outside the village, about 1km from the sea (2 min. by car). The market is about 1.5 km away. The city of Krk and Malinska 14 km, ferry port Valbiska 6.3 km.
