Located within the redwood forest and 10 minutes away from downtown Crescent City, beaches, and the Smith River, our home sits atop a hill that overlooks the ocean. Connected by a catwalk, there are two separate units. The main house has a master suite, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a family room located downstairs. Upstairs is the kitchen, dining area, bar and a half bath. The guesthouse has a bathroom, bedroom, and living room. Both units have a wrap around deck for amazing sunsets.

Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, cooking oil, salt, pepper, basic spices, popcorn maker, crockpot, electric hot water kettle, microwave. Large kitchen table. Less than 1 mile to ocean!
