Exclusive house composed of 2 bedrooms with the bathroom in the room and a 3rd room at the ground floor in the library which has the bathroom on the floor. The house is on two levels where on the ground floor we have the living area with kitchen, bathroom and a large living room with fireplace. Going upstairs we find the sleeping area with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was completely renovated and refurbished last year, including most of the furniture. The entrance to the property is served by an automatic gate and space for 5 cars.
