House on a 100 m2 floor located on a quiet street in Montier-en-Der. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (SENSEO), open to the living room including a living room. The floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a dressing room, air conditioning and TV for each bedroom, a sofa bed is also available on the mezzanine, then the bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy a pretty semi-covered terrace equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchair

A 2-step walk from the center and a 10-minute walk to the lake, our DienVilla will offer you all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and to discover all the riches of our region. A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!

Located on the borders of Champagne and Burgundy, on the edge of the National Forest Park, this pleasant, comfortable and warm house invites you to a soothing stay in the countryside. Equipped with full amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ping-pong table, board games. Guests will enjoy a 1 ha park with pond, geese and horses. You will travel the surrounding country roads thanks to two electric bikes and an urban bike at your disposal.

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.
