"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. It is located on the ground floor, with a large balcony overlooking the front lawn and the vegetable garden. We have a dog and a cat. Villeneuve is a town of 1,300 inhabitants, 10 km from Aosta. Located in the central valley, it allows you to quickly reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the city of Aosta, the towns of the Alta Valle, France and Switzerland.

The accommodation is located on the first (and last) floor of a typical mountain house, it has a separate entrance and is equipped with a large balcony. Located on the heights of the old village, quiet, it is a few steps from the center (5min. by the pedestrian shortcut), from the start of the trails and the slopes (cross-country and alpine skiing).

The house is located in a quiet corner at the beginning of the hamlet of Crétaz a short walk from Veulla (center of Cogne), perfect for a quiet holiday in nature. The apartment, recently renovated in “mountain” style, is located on the second floor (last habitable), with a magnificent view of the meadows of Sant'Orso, the village of Veulla and the mountains Punta Pousset and Punta de l'Ouille. Free municipal parking 200 m away.

A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.
