Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Charming apartment "Nine and Jo"

Attic apartment located in a quiet area in the center of the valley, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature, in a mountain landscape, take walks and visit breathtaking places. It is also recommended for those who want to visit the Aosta Valley or visit the various ski areas. The accommodation can accommodate 6/7 people, but with the addition of an adjacent studio apartment, it can accommodate up to 8-9 guests. The price is per person per night. CIR 0046

La Mason dl'Arc - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

Maison Justy

Accommodation in a very central area a stone's throw from the main square where you can find all kinds of services. Recently renovated, furnished in rustic mountain style and equipped with all comforts (Wi-Fi, dishwasher, Smart TV, coffee maker). Unfortunately, we cannot give you a breathtaking view as the accommodation was converted from an old farmhouse in the old village. Natural light is not excessive, but artificial lighting still makes it bright.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

La Chambrette, studio sur les hauteurs de Cogne

Simple but pleasant and bright studio, perfect for someone who wants to spend a quiet holiday. The accommodation is located on the first (and last) floor of a typical mountain house, it has a separate entrance and is equipped with a large balcony. Located on the heights of the old village, quiet, it is a few steps from the center (5min. by the pedestrian shortcut), from the start of the trails and the slopes (cross-country and alpine skiing).

LO NIT – LA MAISON DE SAINT ETIENNE

A bright, cozy nest, newly refurbished (2021), in an attic on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

Appartamento – Maison Forré

The house is located in a quiet corner at the beginning of the hamlet of Crétaz a short walk from Veulla (center of Cogne), perfect for a quiet holiday in nature. The apartment, recently renovated in “mountain” style, is located on the second floor (last habitable), with a magnificent view of the meadows of Sant'Orso, the village of Veulla and the mountains Punta Pousset and Punta de l'Ouille. Free municipal parking 200 m away.

Nigu (Garden view Gran Paradiso - St Ursus meadow)

A welcoming and bright house with a breathtaking view of the Gran Paradiso and the St Ursus meadow! Inside, the walls entirely covered with wood, the lovely inlaid furniture and the tiled stove will give you a warm and familiar atmosphere, typical of mountain lodges. Outside, you can relax in the private garden (equipped with a table, benches and deck chairs) and enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon!

"Il Ciliegio" holiday home

The house was built after renovating an old barn with a cherry tree in the garden. Today, it has become Casa Vacanze il Ciliegio. Immersed in a large garden, it enjoys a beautiful view of our mountains. In the winter, the sun won't warm your days, but the warmth of the fireplace will make your stay unique. "Il Ciliegio" is located strategically on the edge of the Gran Paradiso National Park.

In the tranquility of Sonveulla

Apartment on the first floor in the tranquility of Sonveulla, a short walk from the center and the ski slopes and the start of mountain excursions For 2 people, but already furnished with a bunk bed for additional guests. From May 1, 2024, the tourist tax, which varies from €1 to €2 depending on the season, per person per day for the first 7 nights, must also be paid directly on site

The Pumilio Pine

Comfortable attic consisting of a large living area and two bedrooms. Ideal for a joyful family of 4, well-equipped kitchen, equipped with induction stove, combined oven with microwave, dishwasher and fridge with a large freezer.
