Gîte in a historic site - 1st floor

In a former tithe barn, opposite the church of Ver sur mer, only 800 m from the shops and 2 km from the beach. The gîte "Guillaume et Léonard", decorated in a style between the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, will offer you 1 bedroom, 1 shower room with WC and a large kitchen open onto a dining room and a living room. The sofa is for relaxation. The gîte is located on the first floor of the 12th century building. Kitchen utensils and household linen are provided in the accommodation.

Château domaine du COSTIL - Normandie

Old house of character at the end of the 18th century recently renovated. The proposed place is 2/3 of the building on the left side. Hosts can enjoy a private entrance and fully dedicated living rooms. Outside, the quietness of the countryside allows you to unwind. On the activity side: a pool table, board games, petanque court, bike, proximity to animals. The house is located 18 km from Bayeux, 25 km from Caen and the landing beaches, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel.

The property "Les Chambres de Capucine" of 1.4 ha crossed by a river (1st cat) rents a mill (Middle Ages) tastefully restored (10 people max). Its equipped kitchen allows you to eat in the dining area or on the terrace. Its garden (barbecue) with outdoor Jacuzzi and walks in shared spaces (orchard, vegetable garden, pontoon, peninsula) close to the meadows of our two Highlands Cattle cows will enchant you. The petanque court on the banks of the river awaits you.

The Clos du Marronnier studio

Le Clos du Marronnier is a typical Bessin farmhouse, located at the entrance to the village of Moulins-en-Bessin. We work there with our horses (teaching and equicoaching) and do permaculture. On the first floor of one of the houses is your newly renovated independent studio. Note that it overlooks the street, has an atypical entrance (low door to keep an engraved lintel at the dawn of the landing) and a miller staircase (steep) to access the sleeping area.
