A department offering many tourist and sports possibilities, mountain biking, paragliding, swimming, walking, etc. Parking for 5 vehicles is not a problem, the house has driveways and is equipped with an electric gate.

The Ganne maisonette is part of an old farmhouse. Completely renovated with modern and functional amenities, it is surrounded by a fully enclosed plot with access to a private pond. You will be in a quiet area in the heart of nature (last house in the hamlet) but close to shops and services (4 km). Hikes from the house. Tourist sites about 50 minutes away: Puy-de-Dôme, Vulcania, Lemptégy volcano, Murol, Aydat, La Bourboule.
