Downstairs there’s one living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable sofa bed and one TV, upstairs one comfortable bedroom, one bathroom with window and one big comfortable shower. An exclusive private charming home totally restored located in an historical building in the oldest part downtown. Bologna Boutique Home is a large, warm and comfortable relais of 80 square meters developed on 3 levels, with 2 bedrooms, and related private bathrooms one double room and one with 2 twin beds easily convertible in king size bed, ultra modern kitchen and large living room with 55’ Digital TV. Both 2 rooms are equipped with a fine bed sheet, terry towels, courtesy set and TV.

By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.
