Boat trips are possible right in front of the house; a paddle boat rental is close to the apartment. In addition, the Schlossinsel [castle island] with water playground, the Hain [grove], bike and hiking trails as well as the castle are within walking distance.

Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln (Dörrautomat vorhanden) Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.

The small cottage is located on a quiet courtyard in the old town of Lübbenau, surrounded by historical buildings that are over 200 years old. Cafés, restaurants, paddle boat rentals, bike rentals, boat ferries and shopping are just a few minutes' walk away. The Spreewald is a unique landscape and invites you to enjoy and unwind, but Lübbenau is also ideal for sporting activities and culture. A tourist tax will be charged.
