You will stay on the ground floor of my villa, a 3-minute walk from the sea, consisting of two separate apartments. *You will not share all outdoor spaces with other guests*. The apartment has a large outdoor space with a dining table, sofas and deckchairs, and private parking. The villa is located in one of the most picturesque areas of Scopello, 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Cala Mazzo di Sciacca, and is surrounded by a large tree-lined garden and a picturesque sea view

The apartment is fully furnished with two air conditioners, has a large living room with TV, kitchen with balcony overlooking Erice, complete with everything you need (oil, salt, sugar, etc.) fridge, microwave, various utensils, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with breakfast corner, bathroom with washing machine, shower with dispenser (bath foam and shampoo) hairdryer, iron and towel set; two bedrooms with linens. Two-room apartment on the upper floor adjacent to the flowered terrace in a late 1600s building furnished in a modern style with original stone walls and LED floor lighting decorated with the original tiles of the last century and carpets handmade by the skilled artisans of the village. It consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a hidden kitchenette and a private bathroom with a shower. Kitchen accessories, sheets, tablecloths and toiletries are included.
