Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Though the setting is rural, it's only a short walk into Reepham where you will find independent cafes and shops, plus two pubs and a wine bar. With stunning walks on your doorstep & the beautiful Norfolk coast and Norwich 25 minutes by car, the location is perfect.
