A short walk to Le Vigan town centre, l'Orangerie is set in a shared garden overlooking olive and cypress trees. The apartment once housed orange and lemon trees to protect them from frost during the cold winter months. Former magnanerie very beautifully renovated in large cottage (500 m²) that can accommodate up to 16 people (in times of pandemic but is equipped for more than 20) in the southern Cevennes. At the back of the valley flows a stream on the edge of which graze quietly llamas and sheep. This small river hosts several waterfalls and swimming pools. A large swimming pool for the more chilly will allow you to spend magnificent moments in this Cévenole natural setting.

Old renovated Cévennes clede

In the heart of the Cévennes countryside, the cottage occupies the former clède (chestnut dryer), whose renovation combines comfort and authenticity. A private terrace in the shade of the trees will allow you to dine there in the summer. You will have access to the garden which offers many rest areas in the shade of the hackberries and holm oaks as well as the pool. For safety reasons, unfortunately I am unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age.

Ideal for hikers, the house is on the heights, in south highly-rated hillside. It is on a hiking trail (G.R 60), and close to a small hamlet. Located away from roads, in péripheral aréa of the Cévennes National Park, it is a place conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation in nature.

Elle est situe au grand calme sur 3 hectares de foret, avec une agreable terrasse au sud sur laquel vous pouvez prendre vos repas, faire la sieste,boire l'apero tout en faisant votre barbeqeu la cuisine d'ete. Nous avons récemment fait aménagé un bassin en baignade naturelle, situe en contre bas de la maison.

Small cottage surrounded by nature in Cévennes - Lasalle

Old clède restored as an annex to a Cévenol farmhouse overlooking the Salendrinque valley. An upstairs bedroom overlooking a green roof, on the ground floor, a large kitchen opening on one level to a small terrace, living room, shower room + toilet. Quiet environment to be respected. This cottage is for hikers, cyclotourists, discoverers of river spots, in short, nature lovers. The Salindrenque River is below.
