This unique holiday home, with a decking area of the wirral waterfront has a style all of its own! + free parking( if reserved ) please note, there are steps down to the property, (as we are situated on a road with a hill) the steps take you down to a beautiful view from the garden decking ,and then on to our very stylish lower apartment , cruise ships and other vessels sailing along , which can be seen clearly ,a very relaxing place to stay while you enjoy sitting on the decking area.!

My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

Close to Crosby station, a 17 minute train journey into Liverpool City Centre, 15 minutes to Sandhills for the Soccerbus to both Football Grounds or to change for the train to Aintree. The train also goes to Southport through Birkdale and nearby popular golf courses. Very close to shops, bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the beach and Anthony Gormley Iron Men statues.
