It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

My apartment is contemporary, compact and very comfortable. The property is situated in Blundellsands which is quiet and leafy. Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.

Excellent transport links with many bars, eateries and a handy shop nearby.

It is a 7 minute walk to Blundellsands train station which takes you into the centre of Liverpool in under 25 minutes or Southport in 30 minutes. The spacious apartment has all the comforts & amenities of home, including a smart tv, dishwasher and washer drier.
