What a lovely stay! Gorgeous space in a great location for exploring local attractions, Wookey Hole and Longleat are both a short drive. Marie had given us super clear instructions well in advance to be able to find the cottage, which is in a lovely quiet road. Parking is a little hit and miss but we did have 2 cars between us so more challenging than just finding one space! Conveniently, there is a Tesco Extra which is just a 4 minute drive away too!

Yet another lovely few days at The Hidey Hole the lemon drizzle cake was delicious and Martha loved her dog treats. Looking forward to my next visit in July. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the signal box, Joe was welcoming and available to help with anything we needed. The property was clean, well appointed, and a comfortable bed. Peaceful and lovely location, listening to the birds at 5.30am with no traffic noise was a treat! We enjoyed the log burner too! We hope to return.

This accommodation is extremely clean with a lovely comfy bed. The stairs are a little steep so worth considering for elderly folk; that aside I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Wells. It's only a few minutes walk to the centre of the city and two major supermarkets are very close by, as is the local cinema. There is a car park a couple of minutes walk away which only cost £8 for the whole day. The café downstairs serves excellent coffee and cakes; a great way to kick start your day. I absolutely loved my stay.
