Great place to stay to walk Cadir Idris. The pony path carpark is only 5 minutes up the road. And its just a 2 minute walk into town for food and beer.

A lovely , interesting house that was a delight to stay in. Fabulously situated for Cadair Idris and especially for any "The Owl Service" fans. Dog friendly, responsive hosts who made us feel welcome on arrival, with a cake and free range eggs.

lovely cottage everything you needed, comfortable beds. no street lights which i loved. prefect find, you will not be diappointed if you book.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it. It’s small but perfectly formed, sadly it was too warm for the log burner to be lit, but cosy and snug with a well equipped kitchen. We knew the area anyway but it’s full of great hikes and activities. Only sad to miss Parkrun on Saturday which sounds a fabulous route!
