Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

The cottage is located in the middle of nature within a very pleasant estate of nearly 120 hectares to walk and enjoy the calm. Ideal for a couple, a traveling professional or tourists wishing to discover the region while enjoying the calm. You are only: 10 minutes from Saint-Nazaire 15 minutes from Pornichet / La Baule 15 minutes from the beaches The house is right next to a canal, in a natural and pleasant setting.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

The Duck Pond, Ménac Island

Typical maisonette (BF directory), stone exterior, "tiny house" all wood interior: a cozy nest of 20 m2 in the shade of the large tree. Bonus: bathtub to cool off by the window overlooking the garden! Garden (fully enclosed) ideal for a nap or a meal under the big tree. + bicycles safely. We may run into each other, but I'm very discreet! A stay in "pause" mode in perspective.

Small studio (15 m2) attached to our house with independent access and small terrace overlooking the garden. - Direct buses to the train station or university, free parking - 50 m from the supervised beach of Saint-Nazaire (the cutest with its lighthouse) and beach bar in summer, Chemin des Douaniers. 500 m from bakery, pharmacy, grocery, florist, hairdresser, butcher and café.

Located 45 minutes from Nantes and Vannes, and 20 minutes from Saint-Nazaire/La Baule, at the gates of the Brière Regional Nature Park; we offer modern accommodation, in a quiet and green setting, in the St-Guillaume district, 3 minutes from the city center of Pontchâteau. It has a small garden exclusively reserved for rental.
