Modern, spacious, en suite double room in a dog friendly family home in the centre of Croston. Well behaved pets welcome! Self-contained and private with a separate entrance to the room and access to our lovely garden. Right in the middle of the village next to pubs and restaurants, great location, with a train station that can get you to Preston or Liverpool (via Ormskirk) Amenities: fridge, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar and stools, wardrobe, towels for two, TV with Netflix, iPlayer etc.

A lovely newly renovated house situated in the historic village of Croston, built circa 1890. A 5 minute walk to the centre of this pretty village. Where 3 country pubs and 2 restaurants can be enjoyed. The house is equal walking distance to Croston’s small railway station, with regular links to Preston, Ormskirk and Liverpool. There is parking directly outside the front of property. You can relax in the sunny secluded South West facing garden which comes equipped with garden furniture.

2 bed cottage built in 1891, with a paddock to the rear. Location is close to Croston, Tarleton and other nice villages, many public footpaths to explore and cafes to visit, Main bedroom is spacious with views of open fields to the front The second bedroom is a standard double with views over the rear garden and paddock. The outside space is shared with a small business that operates from the workshop to the left of the house during working hours. Drive is ample for off road parking.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.
