Lovely few days in Longnor, a beautiful cottage and immaculately clean. Very cosy and easy to access footpaths and walks in the Peak District.

Had a wonderful stay at Rose Cottage with my friend and my 2 Labradors. The cottage was just perfect, spotless, cozy and situated in the most beautiful location. John greeted us with a freshly baked loaf of bread and was on hand for any help we needed- including plasters for our blisters from all the beautiful walks! Will definitely return!

Lovely place, ideally located. Beds very comfy. Log burner was great and kicked out a lot of heat. Great pub a stones throw and a chippy. Nice touches with the bath salts and lovely smelling soap. DON’T forget your towels!

Ruby cottage is a lovely, dog-friendly, well-equipped, comfortable and cosy one bedroomed cottage in a picturesque village in a beautiful part of the country. The cottage is in a very quiet location and the bed is very comfortable meaning a great night's sleep. The bathroom is modern with a lovely hot, powerful shower and underfloor heating. The kitchen has everything needed including a dishwasher. There is effective central heating and a log burner. The village has one pub which serves very good food and is popular. (Booking advised). There are several walks straight from the cottage. We didn't need to use our car for 3 days. We would not hesitate to recommend Ruby cottage to anyone.
