The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Swift Cottage is a barn conversion attached to our family home. Converted in 2021 and located on a small holding with horses, dogs and cats. A rural retreat with lovely countryside and amazing views. We are situated near to the Peak District, on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire boarder. Near to Uttoxeter, Ashbourne, Alton Towers and in easy reach of Chatsworth and Dovedale. The area offers a wide range of places to visit and things to do.
