I had an excellent stay at this apartment in the heart of Rincón! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of great local restaurants and shops nearby. The amenities made beach access super convenient, and everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the town effortless. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Plus, the host was very attentive to all needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience Rincón at its best!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless and extremely clean, with an easy check-in process. Very accurate pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. She shared very detailed instructions on how to find the property. The location was perfect—just a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Area has a lot to do and great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This place was so cute and cozy. The location is so convenient— walkable to lots of restaurants and a short drive to beaches and other attractions. It was spacious and had everything I needed. The shower was hot and the water pressure was fine. It can be a bit loud at night because it’s so close to downtown, but I just put my earplugs in and was able to sleep just fine. Parking was tricky at times but I was always able to find something even if I had to circle the block a few times. Allison gave some helpful recommendations and was a great communicator! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and I’d absolutely stay there again.

Location was great, we were able to swim/snorkel right out the door! They were very responsive and when the key broke in a gate lock they responded immediately and had another key for us and we didn't miss a great of vacation. Well stocked kitchen. We would definitely do another family stay there!

Aria & Jeff’s Airbnb at the Rincon Ocean View was our home base for our first visit to Rincon and everything exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect, it’s across the street from the beach and a short walk to the town center with many restaurants and shops. The two bedroom / two bath unit is very well appointed and the finishes all felt new and well cared for. The kitchen was updated, easy to use and stocked with my new favorite coffee Café Lareño (Made in Puerto Rico). The views from the balcony/patio and the front bedroom were spectacular. It was so easy to enjoy the beach with towels and beach chairs available in the unit. Aria was great to communicate with and we definitely appreciate all of her recommendations for sightseeing and dining out. We will absolutely be coming back to Rincon Ocean View and highly recommend to all others considering Rincon for their next holiday. Thanks Aria & Jeff!!

Hola Paradise has it all. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and Jeff and Rae made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. The view from the wraparound porch is absolutely gorgeous with 360 degree views. The outdoor living space is perfect for enjoying a movie and a glass of wine after a long day at the beach. The pool was perfect for cooling off. The apartment itself is comfortable, private, and equipped with everything you might need to make the most of your vacation. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive, and the home’s central location on the west coast of the island allowed us to explore the beaches and restaurants of the north and the south easily. We had a really lovely time and are so sad to be leaving. I highly recommend Hola Paradise.

Words can not express how much we enjoyed our stay at Luis’s beach house. While the indoor seating and sleeping arrangements may be a little small, it was perfect for our tight-knit family and we didn’t come to this gorgeous island to sit inside anyway! The covered seating/dining area overlooking the back deck and the sea was the best place on earth to sit and relax. The location directly on the beach could not have been better; we loved walking on the basically empty beach and exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a lot of our own meals so we could keep enjoying the home and the beach, but also make sure to try some great local restaurants. We definitely hope to be back!

Alycia was a gracious host. There was a last-minute change in our initial Airbnb and Alycia made it right, going out of her way to make sure that we got into a place just as nice and that we were comfortable and set for our time in Rincon!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Exactly as pictured and even bigger than we expected! 5 minute walk to the beach and to some great restaraunts! Super short drive to rincon downtown or other cool beaches around for surfing or snorkeling! The balconies and rooftop were so nice at night and in the morning! Loved the outdoor shower and bathroom! Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing. Pictures don't do the house and pool justice! Pool and backyard are like a private oasis. House is large and well equipped. Location is great. Walkable beach and groceries and a million other things.

This was one of the best Airbnb locations in Rincon. The house is amazing. Everything was like new - super clean. They even had a welcome board with our name - The kitchen is fantastic. The living room area and the dining section is beautiful... and balcony is the best relax place ...it is a retreat location. The bedrooms were spotless and clean - same as the bathrooms ...I felt like we were in a five-star hotel. The service and the interaction with Laura was amazing. And the most important thing is that you do not have to worry if there's no light or Electric SERVICE in Puerto Rico. This house is actually Serviced by their own electrical panels which allowed for electrical service regardless of electricity in town. Our satay was the best ! We recommend this place like no other .... 100/100. Excellent

Casa Menta fue justo lo que necesitaba para desconectarme unos días. Hermosa la casa equipada con todo lo que se necesitaba e incluso más! Los perros estaban seguros y les encantó el poder correr por el patio del frente. Justo cerca de todo en Rincon! Me encantó! Regreso!

The place was great for my family, and looked exactly as described. Spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms gave us the comfort we needed. The host has been helpful, responsive and waited for us till late in the evening to handover the house to us and make sure we’re all set. Location is close to Rincon downtown and the lovely beaches. Outside is a bit dark in the night, but the neighborhood is safe. Wi-fi working absolutely fine but can be improved for upstairs. Thank you for hosting us. I would recommend.

Great stay! We had an issue with the dryer and Christian responded promptly! Great area love Rincón and good unit for two couples. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. We will be back!

Place is great. Quite. close to everything. and nice swimming beach in the back walking distance! so much better than beating thr crowds at the famous beaches! awesome place!

Excelente apartamento, muy limpio, céntrico y lo más importante para mi súper seguro. Todo con seguridad para dejar el auto y entrar a las facilidades. Es hermoso, la vista, el ruido del mar es espectacular. La verdad que me encantaría volver muy pronto.

Pasamos un fin de semana fabuloso. Excelente localizacion frente a la entrada del balneario. Muchos lugares para explorar a buena distancia. La limpieza del apartamento muy buena y las instrucciones de la estadía claras y directas.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
