Villa holiday rentals in Cruz Bay

The condo was the perfect private getaway - conveniently located walking distance to beautiful Sapphire Beach and close to the ferry and many shops and restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy, and our hosts responded very quickly to questions, which added to ensuring that all we had to focus on was enjoying the condo and its proximity to all the island had to offer. The condo was also stocked with many kitchen, bath, and activity goods and supplies; we particularly enjoyed using the snorkel gear and beach chairs and mats. We look forward to returning as soon as possible, and will be recommending friends to visit as well.

Fantastic location near Coral Bay with spectacular views. The house had everything we needed including a cooler and chairs for the beach. The blender is a solid Oster that handled everything I asked of it. This was a perfect home base for exploring St. John.

After being Double booked at another property, we found Jules! We are so happy we did and were thrilled! The property is beautiful! And the views are even better. We stayed in the Master Suite,the views were breathtaking as we looked on towards St John’s. The main town near by was “Red Hook” where there were so many options for restaurants and shops. Local beaches are just a short drive away. We will definitely be back.

My wife, daughter, and I had a great stay at Elysium for our February vacation. The pool was a nice feature, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. The view of Fish Bay was a highlight—really beautiful. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive. Five stars from us!

Our stay at L'Isle Amour was perfect for our 20th Anniversary/makeup Honeymoon! The inside living area/kitchen was inviting and comfortable and had everything we needed plus items that would have been handy if we cooked more but we ate out a lot. The bar area was great for eating and planning our days and the lounge area was great for hanging out after a long day of exploring. We didn't watch much TV but there were plenty of channels to choose from. The upstairs bedroom provided plenty of closet/drawer space. The bed was comfy and provided amazing views in the morning. The AC cooled off the upstairs pretty quickly, only used it once, the windows and fans allowed for great breezes and the entire place stayed comfy for our stay. There were plenty of towels provided for showering, poolside and beach visits. The decks provided great views and we watched birds and iguanas with our binoculars. The pool & area were amazing! We will be back!!

Our stay at Sailfish was perfect for just the two of us. Bright and clean, nice towels and just enough cooking utensils provided in the small kitchen to make a few easy meals. Beautiful view, and yes, you'll see turtles and also pelicans swooping by the balcony. Our host was there to greet us and gave us a property tour. You'll see other's comment about the steps. It is the nature of this rocky hillside island. Driveway is very steep, 50+ steps down to unit, and 50+ steps down to water's edge. Under 5 minute drive we found the Old Stone Farmhouse, Root42 and Northside Grind coffee shop. Overall, if you're looking for peace and quiet with a gorgeous view and can endure the many steps, it's a perfect hideaway.

We really enjoyed our 9-night stay at Azure Vista. What a lovely place! Sam and her colleague Sharlene were so friendly and responsive. We only had 2 small needs during our stay and a quick text to Sharlene had them sorted right away. Kitchen was well supplied. Bedrooms comfortable as were the mix of indoor and outdoor areas. Views spectacular. Can’t recommend the place enough. Just be ready for driving those steep hills!

We had an amazing stay at Sandra’s villa. The views were even better than the pictures showed. We loved sitting out on the patio and admiring the view. It was walkable to Long Bay Beach and only a 5 minute drive (dirt road) to Smuggler’s Cove - one of the best beaches on the island. We really appreciated the use of the cooler, beach chairs, and noodles. We highly recommend staying at Sandra’s villa.

What a beautiful home! It’s hard to even describe the view. It’s so, so beautiful! Greta location, central to everything we needed access to. The onsite restaurants were great and everyone we met was so kind. The owners were great and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Two couples vacationing in paradise! We loved Kim’s home. It’s perfect for two couples to have their own space yet a communal area to enjoy together. The location was perfect for exploring Choral Bay with a quick way to get to some North Shore Beaches. The road/driveway was challenging but after a few trips up and down we mastered the drive and even walked it a few times just for a workout ;) Kim was very helpful and proactive when the power went out and was always available for any questions or help that was needed. I would definitely rent from her again. We loved the home and location!

This place is amazing! The view is incredible and very good in space. Was a little hard to get there at first but you get used to. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Before we departed for St. Thomas, Zack helped ensure we had everything we needed before our arrival. Zack met us and showed us around the place as soon as we touched down. You will want the touch, as this place was even roomier than we thought. If you get there early and find yourself in the coffee shop below, try a cup of coffee as it's some of the best on the island. 81C was perfect for what we needed—a large space where we could work and stretch our legs out at the same time. Zack also knows many of the restaurants in the area, so take him up on his suggestions. We had great meals every night. We had the privilege of touring the art gallery at 81C and meeting many local artists. We recommend grabbing a cocktail next door and taking a personal tour of the gallery, spirits in hand. We made a friend in Zack and will be booking 81C again in the future.

We had a great stay at Eureka. The home was extremely nice, clean, and very well appointed. Elise was also amazing. Not only did she meet us as we got our Jeep rental to lead us to the house, but she was continually trying to make our stay better. From making sure we had kids sizes for snorkel gear to having the generator running before we even knew there was a power outage. The view and privacy of the home we also fantastic. We will definitely be back and for much longer than a week next time.

Francis is an amazing host and the place was great. Very clean inside and outside and the pool was fantastic. Great location and with access to the Jeep, we were able to get around the island easily. Francis was so kind, responsive, and accommodating. We can’t say enough positive things about Francis. He was great as a host. We already miss Rollito, the house dog. He is the sweetest boy and as dog lovers, we really enjoyed having him around for the trip. Thank you Francis for a great experience.

Amazing views in a very well equipped home! This place has it all - from the comfortable beds to the peaceful outdoor patio - and was exactly as described. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs and especially the snorkeling gear, which we used every day as we explored different beaches across the island. This home is a decent drive up a steep road so renting a jeep is highly recommended. We will definitely return to this home in paradise!

This place is really gorgeous and has incredible views from the wrap around windows. A real pleasure to wake up to every morning. We didn’t know much about the island when booking but very happy we chose this area. Felt a little more like a local vibe and more quiet and relaxing. But never too far away from places that were more lively and full of people. Really convenient for a day trip to St John as well. Overall great house and an amazing location. We had some island-related mishaps that Fernando had no control over but he was very responsive and was as helpful as possible given the situation. Would recommend again!

This unit was very lovely inside and out. Derek was very responsive at all times and gave lots of local recommendations. Overall I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tortola.

We loved our week long stay at Pressure Drop! We were a family of four with an almost 2 year old and 5 year old, plus our au pair. The set up was great, and Jean had a pack and play and blow up twin mattress for the kids. The house was nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. We liked having the separate living and sleeping quarters so whoever got up early with kids could let everyone else sleep. The pool was also a great size for our kids with a shallower end where the older one could stand. We also loved how close the house is to Maho and the north shore beaches. We would definitely come back! The only downside is that the driveway is not for the faint of heart, but that’s not uncommon for St John. The only downside

Villa Solare was the perfect place for our group. We loved the separation if people wanted to go hang in their own area but plenty of space for us to hang as a group in the main house and patio area. The views are incredible (pictures don't even do it justice!). The pool was fantastic and we loved that it was saltwater. The water temp was perfect. Susan provided PLENTY of amenities (TP, paper towels, spice cabinet stocked, etc) for our 8-day stay. The grill was an excellent feature (we grilled out multiple nights and never ran out of fuel). Highly recommended & hope to stay here again the future!

I have to say House Aceso absolutely out weighed all expectations!! It’s even better than the pictures suggest. Kandee has thought of everything as far as amenities (there’s even a crockpot if you do choose). The main is where it’s at, the view, the sound of the wind, and decor is all top notch and just the perfect vacation vibe. The house is super clean and spacious. The bedrooms are exactly what you need. The 2 bathrooms are extremely useful for a larger group. The pool deck is fantastic as well! Book this house and you will not be disappointed!!

Absolutely stunning location! We loved being away from the busy parts of town and enjoying nature all around us. The unit is well stocked and the host was really detailed in making sure we knew exactly what to expect!
