There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, plus two bathrooms, a living/dining room and another TV room. Next to the pool, there is a covered area for BARBECUES. We have one more covered terrace. Guaiúba is a small beach with DIRT streets, ideal for families who like nature and want to rest. COVERED AND CLOSED PARKING FOR 3 CARS.

Back house

Embrace simplicity in this cozy and well-located space in the heart of Vila Madalena. What you need is at hand: bars, restaurants, 24-hour bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, and plenty of art. It also has a bus stop practically at the door of the house, two nearby subway lines and up to taxi point to make it easy to travel through the city. The house is in the back, quiet, well lit, airy and has a nice patio. PS: I do not accept guests from Israel.
