Se trata de un apartamento ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia o relajarse delante del mar. La iluminación de mi casa es preciosa, con vistas al Mar Mediterráneo y con la playa delante de mi terraza. Podéis usar toda la casa como si fuera vuestra. Espero poder alojaros. Located in the heart of the Gràcia neighborhood, a cultural, cool and authentic neighborhood. Close to Diamant Plaça. Singular flat at street level in the heart of the bohemian Gràcia district. It has it's own patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinners or a quiet drink after a day in the hectic city life. The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The apartment is 150 meters from the beautiful Playa de la Mota. It also has a community pool with showers and an underground parking lot. We offer transportation from the airport, or anywhere else (subject to availability). We can arrange a babysitter with references and several languages. We do the shopping and cleaning during the stay (all paid extra).

Fabulous accommodation near the beach in a quiet setting to spend a few special days on a family vacation, as a couple or with friends. Quiet environment, 10 minutes walk to the center of town and 15 minutes to the beach. On the corner of the street we have a supermarket and a roast chicken and takeaway stand.
