The living space: a brand new, sleek, elegant, fully fitted kitchen/dining room, with all the modern amenities for the perfect stay, including oven/microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove, Nespresso coffee machine and beautiful marble work surfaces. The suite also offers room service from the local cafe ‘Federal’ situated on the ground floor, so you don’t even need to get up to have the perfect breakfast in bed. The large designer table and chairs comfortably seat four people. The suite is fully air conditioned for the summer and has central air heating for the colder season. The living room has a large 55” Smart Tv with international TV channels, there is also Fibre optic WiFi throughout. A beautiful designer pullout sofa bed comfortably sleeps two children, with a coffee table and art. There is a portable Bluetooth speaker so you can take your favorite music with you.
