Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

This is a small village house, located in the heart of Padern. Village that is a few minutes from the famous Cathar castles and the beautiful bathing areas of the Verdouble. ATTENTION: No Wifi, but 4G The street is strong and requires vigilance when you have a wide vehicle, I recommend parking further away (about 100 meters) It is in one direction and sits on the Cucugnan side. I am a charming exposed stone village house, renovated, located in the wine village of Tautavel in the heart of the Corbières Fenouillèdes Regional Park. My bohemian-style decor will not leave you indifferent. You can come as a couple, with family, or with friends since I have 3 bedrooms including an alcove "a real little nest for lovers" I have two beautiful flowery outdoor spaces ideal for eating and relaxing.
