Mrs. Monica was very kind and attentive to our needs, excellent communication. The location of the apartment, on the outskirts of Arzachena in a residential and quiet area, is a good compromise to reach both the beaches on the east side and towards Santa Teresa di Gallura, and is only 10/15 minutes from cannigione. Parking in front of the entrance. The apartment is even more spacious than shown in the photo, in addition to the terrace at the entrance there is also in the back, and the open space living room is really very spacious. The house is equipped with everything you need (towels, sheets, basic condiments, pots, dishes, high chair for children, outdoor table, mosquito nets... books, playing cards and umbrella very appreciated!) also because it often seems to be used by the owners as a tavern. Our stay was pleasant and we recommend the apartment. Thank you for everything!

We stayed for 10 days. The house is beautifully located with a large garden and great views. Description was highly accurate. What stood out on top of the house was James' and Federica's proactive communication and high responsiveness including tips to navigate / explore the area. I can highly recommend!

We stayed at Iole's place for a week and felt very comfortable. You could reach many beautiful surrounding places and beaches by car in 15-30 minutes. Iole is very friendly and also recommended beautiful beaches to us. The place was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Thank you!
