Casa Layá San Juan de la Arena ALBO 7 VV. 1279. AS.

House located in the beautiful seaside village of San Juan de la Arena, angulera capital. It is 30 minutes from Gijón and Oviedo and only 15 minutes from Avilés. It also has good access to the airport, as it is only 10'away. We are on the right bank of the mouth of the Nalon River. The house is located in front of the marina and 5' from Playa de los Quebrantos for a nice walk. In the village there are sports facilities such as: multi-sport, foosball court and even a small skatepark. It also has supermarkets and even a flea market in the plaza every Friday. We also have a medical center and pharmacy. In the village we also have numerous restaurants where you can taste our varied cuisine. There is a coastal path that leads us to the beautiful medieval village of the Castle, from which we can divide the course of the Nalon River from a good height. Hopefully you like it and have a good time at our company!!!

Located just above the cliff of Llumeres, with privileged and direct views to the Faro Peñas, a place of great interest and demand in the Principality of Asturias. Great beachfront apartment!! Very nice ocean view. Nice in summer and quiet in winter. The direct view and the sound of the sea provide a lot of calm. Ideal for couples, couples with a baby (baby services included) and also for families with 2 children. Perfect for enjoying a few pleasant days in Asturias. Water sports in summer and beach walks in winter.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space 100 meters from the Canto de Cueva in Oviñana (Cudillero). It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a pantry. Everything is fully stocked. house with its own garden, barbecue and area to leave the car!! In July, August, and September, the heating will not be on!
