Located in a quiet residential area of Royan, 1.5 km from Grande Conche beach, the city center and the central market, 600 m from the cinema, swimming pool and train station. Parking is easy and free in front of the house. Bed linen is provided as well as a hand towel per person, remember to bring your beach towels. The first necessary equipment is provided.
