Maybe wine is more to your liking...it's a matter of which winery do I choose first. Enjoy hiking...then nearby Michaux State Forest is the perfect place to go or the Cumberland Rails to Trails. Perhaps you prefer to just relax and enjoy dinner on the deck or sit around a firepit and enjoy the evening. Whatever your preference, be sure to enjoy your "home away from home."

The Dome Home

We are nestled in the heart of apple country surrounded by orchards and only 10 minutes from Pine Grove Furnace State Park and 25 minutes from Gettysburg. Our Dome Home is unique and cozy with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the sounds of nature as you disconnect from the busyness of the world relaxing on the back deck. Our recently remodeled home has plenty of kitchen space and utensils to cook most any meal and is fully furnished. Two full baths with towels provided and WIFI is available.

Now using UV technology to clean which uses extra time to sanitize and ventilate see new check in/out. Lovely cottage enjoy amazing sunsets from the back porch with first floor eat in kitchen- full refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee bar and grill. The living room features a comfy sofa and chair for reading with queen sofa bed and tv, 1st floor full bath walk in shower. 2nd floor has a lofted ceiling with a queen bed, vanity, tv, desk and chair. Lockbox entry. Pets allowed - extra fee.

(all within 3 miles) We are central to Gettysburg and Hershey (30 miles), Harrisburg,Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Allen Berry Play house, the Appalachian Trail, and LeTort Spring Run! This cozy farmhouse was built in the 1800's and has been completely remodeled. The house is completely furnished and the large kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The house sits on a beautiful farm property. There is a stream that runs through the property and there is a beautiful view from the back porch. It is located 10 minutes from Shippensburg and Chambersburg. It is also about 30 minutes from Gettysburg Battlefield. Whitetail, Ski Liberty Resort, and Roundtop are all within an hour.

There is no tv at this place , our goal is to have our guests enjoy nature and in this way be refreshed and ready to go back to work.

Our cabin is located on a private stoned road. Very quiet and remote location. Keep this in mind when booking. 25 minute drive to downtown Gettysburg, 40 minutes to Carlisle Fairgrounds. Near Michaux State Forest, Pine Grove Furnace State Park and Caledonia State Park; many hiking, ATV and snow mobile trails. For those that enjoy skiing we are 30 minutes to Liberty Mountain in Fairfield and 50 minutes to Roundtop Mountain in Lewisberry.
