Absolutely loved Catherine & John’s place - they were so kind and accommodating! My partner and I arrived on a red eye and they were super communicative working out an early check in, which was so appreciated after a long flight from CA! Aside from the great hosts, the unit was adorable - uniquely decorated and the perfect size for our group of 4. We were visiting for a wedding and we all had plenty of space to get ready, as well as relax after the wedding was over. The location is great and super quiet, walking distance to some great coffee/bagel spots. Will absolutely stay again if we come through Nashville!

Our selected reservations are primarily chosen based upon cleanliness, location and safety. I began this review one night into my stay as I was not disappointed. I had unfortunate flight delays and was continually set back hours. I finally made check-in at around 10:30 PM. Debbie was such a gracious hostess, I was met at the door and given excellent instructions. What a lovely home this Airbnb is. Sadly, I became ill and wasn’t able to venture far, but I felt comforted and secure. I would sit outside on the patio, listen to birds, sip my tea, and watch the squirrels scurry around. I was grateful to have found this hidden treasure. They’re were multiple bird feeders (filled) that welcomed many different species. I took photos of Cardinals, bluebirds, finches, and even some I’ve never encountered before. Franks place was easy to find, plenty of street side parking available and the apartment was a perfect stay for a few nights in Nashville. It was spotless and the kitchen was really well stocked if you want to cook/stay in. Also nice walking distance to Five Points and we also walked into Downtown no problem - Would recommend

Nice little place decently close to downtown Nashville and also if you have to go to the Gaylord for any sort of conference and don’t wanna pay for that hotel, it’s a fairly short drive or Uber.

Beautiful rural, private setting in horse country. Just note that property is quite a distance from shopping/stores, and there is no TV or stove; not big problems though.

We stayed for a concert at a venue about a half hour away. This was perfect for us. Although we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the extras, there were plenty available. The area is small & quaint and I would’ve loved to have had time to explore. We hope to come back and would love to stay again!

This was a very relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Jonathan was very helpful when I locked myself out. We tried out two of the suggested local treasures and we're not disappointed. Located in a safe neighborhood close enough to the craziness of downtown Nashville but not too close.

This was the perfect place for what we needed. It was clean and in a great location. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.

Super clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Kids loved the foosball table and the electric organ. Hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of driving. Would stay again!

This is my 2nd time staying here. The only problem is that I haven't stayed here more often on my travels to Knoxville. This place is really as good as it gets, if you're looking for a modest studio style dwelling. Everything is new, clean, and extremely well thought out. The host has really thought of everything, and it's clear that she designed a place that she would want to stay in. I really can't say that about most airbnb's. Keep in mind that this is a basement space where the owner lives above. But in light of that, it's as private as you could imagine a space like this could be. There's a private driveway for you, and a private patio in the back with a divider. So you really don't notice much that this is a shared space. I've stayed in many placed in Knoxville, and this is the best one hands down.

My sister and I stayed here for a half marathon we were running and it was perfect. During our stay there was a tornado warning and the power lines were knocked down but Bryana and Scott were very responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to answer all of our questions about where to go and what to do during the tornado warning. They checked in on us multiple times to ensure we were safe. We ended up staying with a friend after the tornado because the electric company said they wouldn't be able to restore power until later that night or early the next day and Bryana and Scott even offered to reimburse us for our Saturday night since we didn't stay there. They were very kind and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend their place.

The location was right off the interstate so it was easy to get around. I had a few questions and David’s response was always quick and he took care of any issues I had.

It was a really big space, bigger than we anticipated and if we had kids with us it would be more than enough space for them. The best part was the greeting every time we drove up by the golden retriever. Super convenient location and comfortable.

Can't say enough good things about my stay. It was so comfortable and had so many extra touches like coffee and creamer and bagels and cream cheese. The bed is very comfy and the shower is amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

We were never so glad to reach a destination after a 6 hour weather delay. Larry was kind enough to leave the porch light on so we could see his house number. It was also great he had a motion light at the back of his house so we could see what we were doing and knew we were in the right place from the pictures online. The cute basement space was clean and smelled good, bed was comfy. The walk-in closet had plenty of space to unpack our clothes. Since we were there for a week we bought a few groceries and utilized the fridge, toaster and microwave. He supplied plenty of coffee and creamer for the coffee maker and also so some snacks. It was a perfect location for us for all the things we were doing that week. Besides location the other reason I chose Larry's place was price, if I could pay more than $100 a night I would just stay at a hotel. We would absolutely stay at Larry's again, he is also a great communicator.

We were coming to the area for my son’s graduation from the police academy and wanted a peaceful place with a view, and boy, did we find it! We absolutely loved this space! The view was beautiful, the place was very clean and wonderfully decorated. Bright and open, comfortable bed, and did I mention the beautiful views?! The host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely book again!

I just want to say thanks for letting us stay! We had a great time. The host was very friendly and let one of our friends park his van for the trip. I would highly recommend this place to stay if you're MTB or Onewheel riding. It's close to the trails.

Our stay at Kim’s was great. Super responsive host and the place is just a described. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and well stocked.
