Waterfront holiday rentals in Cumberland River

We enjoyed staying at this little apartment very much. It was clean, comfortable, easy to get into, private. We loved the location. We walked the river walk several times. Only disappointment was we were there when the riverfront was flooded and they closed the pedestrian bridge, so we didn't get to walk it. But that wasn't Tyler's fault. Just our timing. But, it was so interesting getting pictures of the flooding. An unusual time to be in the area. We hope to return and stay here again at a time we can walk the bridge. A great place to stay.

Great deal for everything you get, we wanted a quiet weekend before holiday craziness started and it was exactly what we wanted! The hosts were so helpful and clear and quickly responded to questions. We hope to come back in the summer time!

we really enjoyed our weekend away!! the lake was beautiful and we loved taking the kayaks out to fish and see more of the nature. it was so lovely to sit on the water in the hammock swings and read, we spent most of our time there. we caught a few catfish off the dock which was very exciting. the owners were lovely and friendly and ginger (their dog) was the nicest AirBnB host i’ve ever had :) will definitely be booking again in the future.

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

Cheryl and her husband were awesome. Very responsive and helpful. The house was just what was described. We were down for a high school/junior tournament and the private boat ramp was perfect for launching our boats each day of practice.

The house was wonderful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Our family loved how peaceful it was.

We’ll be coming back! The place is stocked with everything you would need to feel cozy + at home. We spent so much time on the water and curled up with books on the patio. Air bnbs rarely have throw blankets, and we really appreciated having those! Thank you so much!

We felt welcomed and "hosted" throughout our marvelous three-night stay. Shari went out of her way to provide a wonderful home for our family as we gathered from multiple states. The accommodations exceeded expectations. She intuitively provided items in the home that even we (experienced guests) didn't anticipate. Everything about our time at Dock Holiday was a step above. Communication could not have been better. Everything was perfectly in order for a tremendous time away from the busyness of Nashville. Our many thanks for this special location, special home, and special time!

An amazing place with an amazing view. Tim communicated from day 1 and was there if needed. Home had plenty of amenities that made you feel at home. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great place to stay! Would definitely stay again if possible.

What an incredible location to sit back relax, fish, Boat, unplugged from the day-to-day grind.. Such an amazing host. Everything was amazing the 10 turkeys in the morning walking through the backyard and the eight deer running through the yard grazing and then hopping the fence to disappear into the wood. The wonderful cake that she supplied us with that was homemade on our arrival went ahead and said everything without having to say anything. What an amazing place definitely well worth the travel in the money. If you’re looking for a place to just sit back relax and have everything Right at your fingertips. This is the place to be. Next time we go down definitely will bring our boat to park at one of the two slips that are right in the backyard. Thank you very much Ruth for the wonderful weekend and allowing us to experience the home and its surroundings.

Our stay here was wonderful. This place was perfect for our family and Joann is always very responsive. Definitely a good deal for the price…it was clean comfortable and many nice touches especially the snack basket which came in handy. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay @ Todds place! Bed was comfortable (tall) Seemed clean. Nice view of the river from the small deck and from the living room. Lots of hot water and water pressure in the shower! Covered parking and seemed plenty of it! Usable little laundry and pool area. Nice view of the city from the parking side. Communication was good also. We hope to get back! Thanks :-)

Great location to have pets and walkable to see downtown. Great stay and we got to see everything we wanted in Nashville.

The owner is very responsive and nice. The place was extremely clean and we had no issues with checking in or out. Our stay was also booked very last minute and host was able to accommodate us without issues. Very happy with our stay!

River view and wildlife were great!

Debbie and Bill's place was exactly as described - only better! We had a beautiful view of the Cumberland River and loved watching the tug boats move the barge's down the river! Their place is spotless, well equipped and we felt so much at home. Debbie was so responsive to any questions we had. The Airbnb is so conveniently located to Broadway, restaurants and museums. We absolutely loved Nashville and I plan to bring my daughter her next time. Great music on Broadway and so much fun!! Thank you Debbie and Bill - we will sure stay with you next time! Peggy and Doug
