The House is set in a large fenced area in the midst of nature. We offer trails for short hikes, which lead to a lake and a place with preserved forest and the song of many species. At the end of a sunny afternoon, it is possible to climb to the highest point and receive a magnificent SUNSET from nature. We are in a rural area, but 7 km from the Italian neighborhood of Santa Felicidade, where there are wineries, restaurants and various shops. We have a swimming pool, soccer field and parking.

Nice country house, easy to access via BR 277. Great place to enjoy the fresh air and tranquility of natural landscapes with family or friends. House equipped with the necessary kitchen, bathroom and other accessories. We have a separate area from the house with a barbecue and accessories, and a covered room with tables and chairs. Complementary areas such as a grass soccer field and hammock area. The caretaker resides on the premises to meet any needs. Quiet and safe location.

We have thermal sheets (in two rooms) with 10 temperatures to guarantee a warm bed Dead end street, very safe, only with farms.
