Your 34 square metre, single-storey accommodation will be private on the ground floor, with adjoining terrace. Very quiet and cool place in summer, on the ground floor. Sleeping area with double bed, a beautiful shower room, a functional and fully equipped kitchen and finally a TV lounge with a sofa bed. Not to mention a privately owned outdoor area. Les Ouches

Located in a charming village in the Ouche Valley, crossed by the Ouche River and the Burgundy Canal, 10 km from Dijon and 10 km from the Prenois circuit. Private room for 2 people, independent of our home, with bathroom and kitchenette. Parking in closed courtyard or on the street. Shops in the village Calm and relaxation are the major assets of our studio.

Studio at the bottom of our garden: kitchen area, sleeping area, large dressing room and bathroom (large shower/toilet). Please note, no key box (see time slot in house rules) and no TV (but good Wi-Fi😉). The environment is very quiet outside the train passages (sometimes numerous at night). Free street parking
