Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Our detached house has fantastic views. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a dead-end road. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wildlife with the naked eye. Deer, birds of prey, foxes... And not to forget the starry sky. The house has a fenced garden that is extremely suitable for your dog. From the house, there are various hiking trails in the beautiful forests and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for a French breakfast, among other things.

This Morvandelle house is very simple with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant little stay in complete independence. You can enjoy nature in absolute calm.
