Outside, the garden offers a sea view across the entire bay and is terraced with antique Balata stone and mosaics, as well as a bench made from stone and Sicilian ceramics.

It is a pleasure to host you in the house in an open-air museum between the sea of Cornino with a sandy beach, which is 150 meters away, and nature that is a stone's throw away, in fact the house falls within the Oriented Reserve of Monte Cofano. The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
