We had a wonderful week’s stay at Marian’s cottage. We found the cottage even better than the pictures and description. It was exceptionally clean, very quiet and private with our own outdoor space. We especially enjoyed the little outdoors table and chairs overlooking the field of sheep, lambs and valley in the distance. We would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks again Marian for sharing your place with us.

We stayed here for punchestown festival which was only 5 mins away, a dream location. Naas town centre was a 5 minute drive away or a 45 minute stroll. The infamous killasheel hotel is literally 3/4 minute walk and a free shuttle bus was provided from her to/from the races. Location alone makes it well worth the price but to top it off the facilitates are perfect for a 2 person stay. Everything was perfect, the place was super clean and we were super grateful for breakfast and milk to be provided for us and we totally forgot to make sure we had bits for when waking up after a few Guinness! Dolores was amazing from the point of booking all the way through to our departure. Look to be back for the festival next year and will book this accommodation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spacious, well designed & well decorated property. Bernie was very helpful and friendly. We didn’t meet her but her responses to our texts were prompt and she answered all our questions. The kitchen was very well equipped & the showers were fab. The beds were extremely comfortable. We really couldn’t find any fault at all ! Thank you Bernie and we hope you have many more satisfied customers !
