Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Paddle in the dinghy on the Sieltief or cycle to the dike, the fun pool or the play barn in Burhave. Our hobby farm invites you to look. There is no boredom here, but relaxation is guaranteed.

An open living/kitchen/dining area awaits you. Enough space to dance;) Behind a "barn door" is the cozy bathroom with a bathtub. The two bedrooms are equipped with a bed and dressers. A small balcony completes everything.
