Our bright 1-room apartment on the ground floor with balcony is perfect for singles. The living room consists of a box-spring bed, a small built-in wardrobe and a cozy seating area. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Our balconies are equipped with a privacy screen to the neighboring balcony and you can in a relaxed way. You are welcome to bring a dog.

Die Wohnung liegt nur ca. 600 m fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt. Ebenso erreicht man schnell das Ritzebütteler Schloss und den dazugehörigen Park. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Wochenmarkt und eine Bushaltestelle liegen ebenso in der Nähe. Die Strände von Cuxhaven erreicht man in 10-20 Min. mit Rad oder Auto. Weitere Gäste sind vielleicht auf Anfrage möglich.
